Since February I’ve gained 35 pounds and I’ve felt terrible about it the entire time. I need to get back on track. No more munching on food at my work, no more binging, no more eating out more than when absolutely necessary. I just need adderall, Benadryl, Tagamet, water, senna, fruit, veggies, tea, exercise, sleep and SELF CONTROL.
