Since February I’ve gained 35 pounds and I’ve felt terrible about it the entire time. I need to get back on track. No more munching on food at my work, no more binging, no more eating out more than when absolutely necessary. I just need adderall, Benadryl, Tagamet, water, senna, fruit, veggies, tea, exercise, sleep and SELF CONTROL.1 note

I tend to do this every time I hit a new LW, I finally hit it again the other day after a recent breakup. 117.2. My diet all week has consisted of wine, adderall, cough drops and cigarettes… People keep saying I’m skin and bones and at this point idgaf because I’m 1, 2, 3 OVER ITTTT!
